Carbon Black

Carbon black consists mainly of fine particles of carbon. Various properties of carbon black are partially controlled in production by combustion of oil or gases. Carbon black is widely used in a variety of applications, from the black coloring pigment of newspaper inks to the electrically conductive material of high-tech materials.
